About us
Johnson Junction was founded in 1980 by Ralph and Barbara Johnson. In 1999 Ralph retired and his daughter and son-in-law, Brent and Darlene Stanley, took over the business. As the years went on, Brent & Darlene's children, Nick Stanley & Megan Reckelhoff, joined the business. In 2015 the name was shortened to "JJ's" and a new logo was introduced. 2 Additional C-stores and an additional Quick Lube center were acquired from our Friends at Gallahan Oil Company in Aug 2018 and we acquired the Gallahan Travel Plaza in 2022. Current owners are Nick Stanley & Megan Reckelhoff. We operate 7 C-store locations, A Travel Plaza/Truck stop, a Coffee Shop, 2 Fast Oil Change Centers, & a Laundromat in Huntington, Decatur, Berne, Peru, & Bunker Hill Indiana. We employ over 150 people in the communities we serve. Ralph passed on to eternal life with Jesus on 2/24/2022, we work everyday to continue his legacy.
